PC BASED MCB THERMAL TRIP CALIBRATION & VERIFICATION PANEL(PLC)
 

   
 
SCR ELEKTRONIKS have developed PC Based Panel for automatic calibration & Verification of Thermal Trip characteristics of MCBs. The panel is capable to test MCBs ranging from 0.5 A to 63 A. The Test Panel facilitates the user to test 12 MCBs at a time independently. Each station is provided with one Display Unit for controlling the sequence of operation of that station. Specially designed Interface Module provides the required interface between PC & these stations. The type of MCB under test & its related parameters are selected from PC. After selection, MCBs can be loaded independently on each station. Each station will start the test automatically as soon as its MCB is switched ON after loading. The calibration i.e. adjustment of set screw of the MCB is done with the help of Stepper Motor. Each station module then measures the trip time of MCB under test, indicates the result as Early, OK or Late & transfers the collected data to PC immediately. The same panel is useful for VERIFICATION of the calibration wherein it checks the tripping time for required values.

TEST PANELS FOR MCB & RCCB

SCR Elektroniks have developed panels for Testing and calibration of MCBs, RCCBs, and MCCBs. These panels are useful for MCB manufacturers to cope up with high volume production and to test their products for quality conformation as per National and International standards.


PLC based Calibration Panel : It is available for 2, 5 station. Adjustable constant D C current source is used. The operator has to simply select the type of MCB (the parameters are preprogrammed with help of key board). The sequence of operation and test parameters are selected and the stepper motor driven screw driver rotates the calibration screw so as to get the tripping characteristic. Specially designed pneumatic fixtures hold the MCBs for exact locations.
