Thermal Trip Calibration
(Manual, Plc Based)

TEST PANELS FOR MCB & RCCB
SCR Elektroniks have developed panels for Testing and calibration
of MCBs, RCCBs, and MCCBs. These panels are useful for MCB manufacturers
to cope up with high volume production and to test their products
for quality conformation as per National and International standards.
PLC based Calibration Panel : It is available for 2, 5 station.
Adjustable constant D C current source is used. The operator has
to simply select the type of MCB (the parameters are preprogrammed
with help of key board). The sequence of operation and test parameters
are selected and the stepper motor driven screw driver rotates the
calibration screw so as to get the tripping characteristic. Specially
designed pneumatic fixtures hold the MCBs for exact locations.
